Huge Sale on Fitness and Nutrition

This is the ENTRY LEVEL (as in you don’t even think about “working out” but you want to get in shape) class. It is heavy on the nutrition and doable on the fitness. You do not need a gym or any special equipment. You will need a sturdy box or bench, a floor, a wall or something stable to hold onto, and whatever you are reading this on.

However, don’t let the “no special equipment or gym membership needed” fool you! You can do these motions at an intensity that will build muscle and burn fat just as good as a gym workout. The best news is that you can throttle each exercise to meet your current conditioning.

There is no need to worry about running for miles. You won’t need to go buy a stationary bike or treadmill (but please do if you want). If you have kettle bells or dumbbells you can use them. If you have resistance bands and a bench, use them! This program is designed so that you do not need them but they can enhance your workout – when you are ready for that level.

Typically, we look at nutrition to get us started. That nutrition does not include any supplements or special foods. It may even be that this program is not “weird enough” to catch the interest of many people. In fact, it sounds too simple and too good to be true!

My goal for you for the 30 Day Better Me Challenge is for you to experience the excitement of achieving goals through your own efforts with minimal coaching. Once you see that you can do it, your life can change. You will be supplied with a constant barrage of information along with me asking “How was yesterday?” “Going strong?” “How I you help me help you?” THIS is why I do what I do – to see you succeed. I truly want nothing more.

What is involved?

  1. Book right here and pay online.
  2. Download the app.
  3. Complete the on-boarding process.
  4. Allow time for the Personal Trainer and Nutritionist to review your documentation and prepare for a quick video call or phone call (your preference).
  5. During that short conversation we will ask you a few questions including your goals, your motivations, your past experiences, your concerns, etc. Just be accurate and honest because there is NO JUDGMENT HERE!
  6. Based on that conversation your program will be developed and you will access it through the app or website.
  7. It will be a 4 week program designed specifically for you to reach your goals. If you match any of the previously constructed programs, you can begin within 48 hours!
  8. Fitness coaching is included so you will have an exercise plan. Stick to it! Log your time so it can be reviewed. The more accurate it is, the better your results may be.
  9. Nutrition coaching is included. This is a whole foods program. If you have any dietary restrictions or special needs you can still do this. Simply omit and replace whatever it is with another choice and move forward.
  10. Logging everything that goes into your mouth is critical – it is the only way your nutrition can be monitored. It’s a simple habit to develop. By far, our most successful clients are those who are the best at logging their food and beverage with great precision.
  11. Weigh-In days are Tuesday mornings. You will learn the reason for this!
  12. This is not exactly self-paced but if you miss a workout time you may do it later. Just make sure you don’t miss one. If you do, you will receive guidance. Or, simply go to the next workout when the time comes.
  13. The app connects with FitBit, MyFitnessPal, and MyZone apps/devices.
  14. Daily communication regarding nutrition, calorie burning advice, and more fitness and wellness related info.
  15. Direct connection via chat to the Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
  16. And there is more but it could go on and on….
