1. How distinct are the various plans?
The plans differ in levels of personal involvement. If you’re experienced, driven, and can self-motivate, you’ll benefit from all plans. Plan C requires more autonomy, while Plan A offers comprehensive coaching, particularly in nutrition. I’ll closely monitor your food log and guide you on combinations in Plan A. If Plan A feels excessive, you can switch to Plan B at any point.

2. Can I achieve weight loss with these plans?
Absolutely! Whether it’s weight loss, muscle toning, strength-building, or increasing mobility, each plan is crafted around your goals. Our primary objective is your physical optimization, leading many to their body’s ideal weight. If you’re aiming for transformation beyond genetic factors, we’ll delve deeper – it’s challenging but possible.

3. Do you provide a meal plan?
While I won’t design a daily menu for you, I will offer insights on food combinations, their bodily effects, and nutritional content. I’ll occasionally share my personal meal examples too.

4. Can you advise on supplements?
While I can explain the purported benefits of supplements and provide scientific backup, I won’t recommend any specific ones. It’s crucial to consult a licensed dietician or physician after a detailed nutrient assessment for precise advice. I can guide you post that.

5. Is a lot of running involved?
Not unless you’re gearing up for a specific event or need cardio endurance. Most plans don’t focus on continuous low-intensity workouts like jogging, except for tactical conditioning ones.

6. Do I need special equipment?
Not at all! While some equipment can be beneficial, all you truly need is your body and sturdy furniture. If you prefer no equipment, let me know during our assessment, and I’ll adapt your plan accordingly.

7. What if the plan doesn’t suit me?
Your satisfaction matters. While I’d appreciate a detailed conversation before you decide to leave, you’re free to cancel anytime. Note: No refunds are given due to monthly planning costs, but if you cancel early in a month, you’ll retain access till the month-end.

8. What credentials do you hold?
My active and approved ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) certifications are displayed at this link. Rest assured, if a certification is there, it’s ISSA-endorsed. You can verify my credentials directly with ISSA.
