At Tactical FWN, we respect your privacy and your rights under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). This policy outlines your rights regarding SMS messaging, our obligations under the TCPA, and the consequences of opting out of SMS communications.

Your Rights Under the TCPA

The TCPA was enacted to protect consumers from unwanted and intrusive communications. Under the TCPA, we must obtain your express consent before sending you SMS messages, particularly if the messages are promotional in nature. By consenting to receive SMS messages from Tactical FWN, you agree to receive important notifications, including:

• Account verification codes
• Appointment reminders
• Communications explicitly requested by you throughout our app

We will not send you marketing or promotional messages unless you have explicitly opted in to receive such communications. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Opting Out of SMS Communications

You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To opt out, you can:

• Uncheck the "Allow SMS Messages" checkbox within your profile settings.
• Reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us.

Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, including verification codes, appointment reminders, or any other notifications. Please note that opting out of SMS messages may impact your ability to use certain features of the app that rely on SMS verification.

Consequences of Opting Out for Free Users

If you are a free user, opting out of SMS messages will also cancel your access to the free member content, as SMS is required for verification and reminders. After opting out, you will only be able to access public content. Paid users will retain access to premium content but will no longer receive SMS communications.

Use of SMS for Important Communications

We use SMS messaging strictly for essential communications, such as account verification and appointment reminders, as well as other services you specifically request. We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS unless you have opted in for such communications.

TCPA Compliance

Tactical FWN is fully compliant with the TCPA, which includes the following provisions:

• Express Written Consent: We will only send you SMS messages if you have provided express written consent. This includes an acknowledgment that you consent to receive text messages as part of the app's services.
• Opt-Out Mechanism: You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message or adjusting your settings in your user profile.
• Clear Identification: All messages will clearly identify Tactical FWN as the sender and provide a clear opt-out option.
• Message Frequency: We only send messages as necessary for account management, reminders, and other requested services. You will not receive unsolicited messages from us.
• Privacy Protection: Your personal information, including your phone number, is kept secure and confidential. We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
